Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in HVAC service management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
* 3+ years of supervisory experience, with expertise in team leadership and development.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, regulations, and industry standards.
* Refrigeration Recovery certification is desirable but not essential.
Desired Qualifications:
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
