About the Role:
On offer is an 18‐month Certificate III traineeship in Early Education and Care. You will receive support and guidance to learn on the job while being paid to develop your own knowledge and skills. During your traineeship you will work with our trained educators, culture and compliance teams, and outside trainers all invested in your continual growth. You will also work with our beautiful children and families and be a vital person in their lives, helping them reach their full potential.
Locations:
We have opportunities for traineeships at our Wamberal, Niagara Park, Terrigal, Tuggerah and Kanwal locations.
Wamberal – well known for its quality care and education with multiple dedicated staff areas and a strong focus on staff growth.
Niagara Park – caters for up to 98 children across 5 dynamic rooms, offering age‐appropriate care and support and specific Gallup CliftonStrengths training for educators.
Terrigal – boutique childcare centre with a close knit staff family, well established in the community and a track record of supporting educators through traineeships.
Tuggerah – largest centre, offering opportunities to work across many different environments and a fast‐paced, dynamic setting that has produced many successful trainees.
Kanwal – newest centre, growing from the beginning and surrounded by experienced educators ready to support you on your journey.
