Vibrant Occupational Therapy is a small, clinician-led practice specialising in adult neurology, including Parkinson's Disease and Dementia's. We're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist contractor who knows their craft, values autonomy, and .
The Role
This is a community-based contractor role working with adult clients with predominantly neurological presentations. Vibrant Occupational Therapy is new and rapidly growing in the neurological therapy space. Bright thinkers are currently wanted who think and act big.
Clinical work includes:
* Training support workers / therapy assistant / families to build capacity.
* Home assessment / recommendations for minor modifications.
* Functional capacity assessments and other reports as required.
* Working collaboratively with the client's MDT.
We currently work within the following funding schemes: NDIS, My Aged Care and Private Funding.
About You

You will have:
* Current AHPRA registration.
* Minimum 5+ years experience with experience in neurology / neurosurgical fields.
* Your own ABN, professional indemnity insurance, current senior first aid / CPR, police clearance/ WWCC, driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
* Confidence working autonomously in the community.
* Demonstrated ability to resolve complex and challenging issues by taking timely and appropriate decisions, consulting where necessary.
* Ability to work 10 hours per week - spread out however it best suits you.
