Fleet Operations Coordinator Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Fleet Officer to support our essential health services.
The successful candidate will drive operational excellence in fleet and courier management, streamlining services to keep healthcare moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage fleet operations and provide administrative support for fleet services across Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD).
* Maintain compliance with fleet management guidelines and policies.
* Assist with Fringe Benefits Tax calculations and reporting.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
* High level customer service skills.
* Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, set priorities, and meet deadlines, and to handle multiple tasks concurrently with minimum supervision.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
* Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Basic knowledge of motor vehicles and their parts and functions is desirable.
* Knowledge of Fringe Benefits Tax would be an advantage.
