About Supply Chain and Product Assurance
We help our customers address the growing demand for trust and transparency in products, assets, supply chains, and ecosystems, transforming the assurance industry.
We certify products, share claims, optimize, and decarbonize supply chains, helping companies manage risks and achieve long-term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with auditors to ensure timely receipt of reports meeting NDIS rules, regulations, and guidelines.
2. Collaborate with auditors to improve report quality prior to submission to the Commission, ensuring compliance with NDIS scheme requirements.
3. Ensure the NDIS Commission portal reflects audit assessment findings from the report.
4. Independently review reports and submit them into the NDIS portal.
5. Build strong relationships with team members and clients (NDIS Service Providers).
6. Respond promptly to stakeholder concerns and follow up proactively.
7. Collect and monitor data to ensure adherence to NDIS timeframes and guidelines.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest legislation, rules, guidelines, and policies set by the NDIS Commission regarding NDIS Providers.
Position Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Tertiary education preferred.
2. Experience working in similar industries (certification, NDIS, etc.) preferred.
3. Good understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards, Registration Groups, etc. preferred.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and systems (e.g., Oracle).
5. Excellent written and spoken English, as well as good communication skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities with initiative to respond to urgent scheduling issues.
