We are looking for our first Physiotherapist to help shape that vision.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Physiotherapist (3–4 days per week) to manage a varied neurological caseload within the community. You will support clients aged 16+ with acute and chronic presentations, primarily funded through the NDIS.
This flexible role allows you to shape your schedule while building on an established caseload and working closely with a supportive team. We offer:

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‐quality neurological physiotherapy services in community settings
* Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
* Conduct sessions in‐home, via telehealth, or in community locations (e.g. pools, parks, beaches)
* Manage your diary to appropriately support clients being respectful of their individual needs and funding limitations (including appropriate geographical grouping of clients)
* Collaborate with families, allied health team members, support coordinators, and disability networks
* Complete clear and timely NDIS reports and documentation
* Build relationships with local referrers and contribute to building the business
Remuneration
* Your level of experience will determine your salary package
* Annual salary package will range from $80,000 to $100,000
* You will have access to a PD budget, internal formal and informal clinic mentoring

Requirements
* Degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
* 3+ years' experience in neurological physiotherapy (highly regarded)
* Demonstrated experience with NDIS participants and report writing (highly regarded)
* Reliable vehicle and valid Driver's Licence
* Working With Children Check
* National Police Check
