About the Position The Hotel Manager will lead the new Brisbane property through its pre‐opening, ramp‐up, stabilisation, and profitability phases, establishing teams, processes, suppliers, and business development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead pre‐opening activities, establishing team structure, suppliers, and operational processes.Ensure on‐site pre‐opening tasks and timelines are met.Collaborate closely with Development and key stakeholders.Drive business development, building relationships with corporate partners.Support post‐opening operations, embedding efficient processes and expanding local community and corporate markets.Shape a high‐performance culture within the hotel.Qualifications & RequirementsApproved Australian working rights (Citizen, PR, or visa with working rights).Willingness to obtain a First Aid Certificate and Liquor Licence at company expense.Demonstrated experience developing and leading a high‐performing team.Expertise in problem solving and influencing business performance.High standards of attention to detail and written & verbal communication.Passion for personal growth and driving performance limits.High emotional intelligence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
