Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Field Technician to join our team. This is a permanent role working in a customer-facing environment, where you will be responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of nbn products and services.
This role involves cabling installation, including copper and fibre, jointing, jumpering, and splicing. You will also be involved in customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), as well as fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE.

Requirements
* Experienced technician with transferable skills from a communication cabling or electrical background
* Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work independently
* Current and clean driver's license
