In the role of Region Manager Proprietary Lending SA you will join the SA Proprietary Home Lending team that is doubling down on customer obsession moving with speed keeping it simple owning it and winning together.
Responsibilities
* Lead a committed team of Home Lending Specialists and Home Lending Executives 1s within the SA region market and build strong, sustainable customer-obsessed teams.
* Be responsible for the overall management of Proprietary Home Lending Specialists who provide Proprietary lending solutions to Personal Banking customers.
* Take responsibility to ensure success for everyone at NAB.
* Improve speed to competency and sales proficiency across Proprietary lending and everyday banking teams as well as lender quality, operational excellence and customer experience outcomes.
* Put customers at the centre of everything you do.
What you'll need
* Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering and driving strong and consistent results.
* Extensive experience in retail/commercial banking and/or credit assessment and management with a proven track record in sales and a passion for customer service.
* Relevant compliance and sales/service leadership training including lending accreditation.
* Sound knowledge and skills in banking regulations, practices and procedures; credit assessment and associated issues; full range of bank products; company/commercial law; accounting principles and practices.
