About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive innovation in mechanical design. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and Development: Create detailed mechanical designs for data center equipment using Creo 3D CAD software.
* Collaboration: Work closely with electrical engineers, PCB designers, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical and electrical components.
* Prototyping and Testing: Develop and test prototypes to validate design assumptions and identify areas for improvement.
* Manufacturing Support: Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production processes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the data center industry.
* Skill Set: Proficiency in ProEngineer (PTC Creo), Mechanica (PTC Creo Simulate), thermal simulation, and air flow testing.
