Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Support managers in performance management and workforce planning activities.
Assist with induction, training coordination, and staff engagement initiatives.
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Fair Work, NDIS, and other employment legislation.
Provide general administrative/HR support across the organisation.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or working towards).
Minimum 2 years' experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles.
Sound understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and best practice recruitment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Recruitment systems.
