About You
* Located in or near Pinkenba
* Minimum 5 years' experience in IT, preferably within a Manufacturing or Engineering environment.
* Strong background in server/network administration and hardware lifecycle management
* Ability to work from the Pinkenba office full time – This is not a Work from Home Role
* Ability to travel both intrastate and occasionally interstate

About The Role
As a Senior Operations Engineer, you will manage everything from high-level infrastructure projects to critical on-site support. You will be the sole IT presence in QLD, working closely with Australian Field Service colleagues and global teams to rollout enterprise-level initiatives while maintaining the technical heartbeat of our manufacturing sites
Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include
* Infrastructure Management: Design and administer site hardware, including servers, network hardware, and passive infrastructure (Ethernet/Fibre cabling).
* Global Projects: Act as the local lead for global initiatives, including Network Refreshes, Network Access Control (NAC), and Vulnerability Management.
* Business Analysis: Translate complex business needs into technical solutions and automation.
* Operations & Support: Provide Level 2/3 support for non-remote issues and manage the full lifecycle of hardware provisioning and asset management via ServiceNow.
* OT Integration: Support manufacturing Operational Technology (OT) server and network infrastructure.
