Roster: 2:1 (site-based, 11-hour days including breaks)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Lead to support delivery of a pioneering industrial project in Western Australia.
This role involves leading construction activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met in a complex, high-risk environment.
You will be responsible for providing technical oversight, supporting project management, and ensuring construction execution aligns with industry standards, safety requirements, and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Construction & Commissioning Manager as required
Develop and implement construction and commissioning processes and procedures
Provide supervision and technical assistance at manufacturing, fabrication, and installation sites
Review project deliverables, focusing on constructability and commissioning input
Prepare construction execution plans, scopes of work, schedules, and mobilisation requirements
Contribute to cost estimates and project budgets
Lead constructability reviews and input to project execution plans
Assist procurement and subcontract teams with scope definitions, evaluations, and awards
Liaise between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Provide cost and schedule input for fabricated items/packages and follow up on quality and delivery
Produce progress reports for project management and stakeholders
Manage planning and design stages of construction projects
Ensure safe, high-quality, and environmentally responsible execution of construction activities
Qualifications and Experience
Formal training in project management (PMP or equivalent) desirable
Minimum 15 years\' experience in oil and gas or industrial plant construction, with at least 10 years focused on construction leadership roles
Strong background in SMP (structural, mechanical, piping) construction
Demonstrated success on Australian onshore construction projects
Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, and risk in complex construction environments
Strong problem-solving, organisational, and leadership skills
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and construction management databases
Effective English communication skills (oral and written)
