Working within our Contact Centre environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. As a
Workforce Planner
, your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining accurate rosters and schedules
* Forecasting demand to align resources with service delivery requirements
* Monitoring real-time operations and adjusting plans to maintain service levels
* Analysing data to provide insights and recommendations
* Supporting continuous improvement of workforce management processes
* Working closely with stakeholders to balance business needs and employee satisfaction

To Be Successful In This Role You'll Have
* Experience in workforce planning or scheduling in a customer-focused environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
* Advanced Excel skills (SQL/VBA desirable)
* Experience with Workforce Management software and CRM systems
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
