We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of change—ensuring our teams are informed, engaged, and ready for what's next and play a pivotal role in one of the most significant programs in our company's history.
The Opportunity
As Change Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end change and communications strategy for our ERP program, working alongside senior leaders, vendors, and project teams to support successful delivery and adoption across the Tyremax network.
You'll bring structure, energy, and empathy to the change process—supporting our people through transition while staying true to our values.
What You'll Do
Lead the change and communications stream of our ERP transformation project
Partner with the Steering Committee, business leaders, and external vendors to align messaging and drive meaningful engagement
Design and implement internal communications and training plans tailored to the needs of diverse teams
Create and deliver clear, user-friendly training materials, process documentation, and support tools
Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness planning to support adoption
Manage risks and resistance with a proactive, people-first approach
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience managing complex change initiatives, ideally in large-scale operational or regulatory environments
Proven success delivering transformation projects, particularly in financial or compliance-heavy settings
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills—able to influence from warehouse floor to executive level
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal capabilities, including active listening, negotiation, facilitation, and relationship building
Experience leading effective meetings, workshops, and training sessions
Formal qualifications in Change Management (e.g. PROSCI)
