Our work ranges from maintenance and renovations to extensions and new builds for both domestic and commercial clients.
We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Carpenter / Handyperson to join our team. This role is hands-on and varied — no two days are the same

Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out general property maintenance and repairs (e.g. doors, windows, locks, cabinetry, patching, painting touch-ups).
* Performing minor carpentry works including installations, framing, and cabinetry adjustments.
* Assisting with bathroom/kitchen repairs, waterproofing preparation, and basic fit-offs.
* Using job management software (Fergus) for scheduling and job notes.
* Liaising with clients, tenants, suppliers, and the office team.
* Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with safety and building requirements.
* Occasionally working in rural or remote locations (short trips).

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience in carpentry, property maintenance, or a similar role.
* A strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Great communication and problem-solving skills.
* NT Driver's Licence & White Card.
* Own tools suitable for general carpentry/maintenance work.

* Trade qualification in carpentry or related field.
* Experience using job management software (e.g. Fergus).
* Additional tickets such as First Aid, Working at Heights, or Confined Space.
