About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to lead an organisation's finance transformation agenda. This role will focus on implementing a new ERP and planning/reporting solutions, improving finance processes, and optimising the end-to-end finance operating model.
You will be responsible for delivering large-scale finance change initiatives, driving adoption of new ways of working, and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project governance skills, as well as a deep understanding of finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, including process improvement, planning, and reporting.
Drive user acceptance testing, training, cutover planning, data validation, and post-go-live optimisation.
Develop and execute change management plans to ensure business readiness and adoption.
Build strong relationships across executive and operational teams to influence and support transformation initiatives.
Establish and lead project governance forums, managing timelines, risks, budgets, and interdependencies.
Key Skills & Experience
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce or related discipline.
Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, CIMA or ACCA) highly regarded.
Proven experience delivering large-scale finance transformation programs.
Strong understanding of FP&A, Accounting, and Procurement processes.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience managing complex change initiatives in dynamic environments.
Strong project management skills; certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) advantageous.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and workshop facilitation skills.
