Job Description

We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to join our team working closely alongside the Customer & Admin Officer, responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of data into our SAP system and processing of freight tracking and details within the Barnawartha operation.


Duties required however are not limited to the following:

* Linehaul operations administration tasks such as updating and documenting complete run sheets
* Processing pallet documentation
* Debriefing linehaul paperwork in the SAP system
* Reporting accurate details associated to train service and wagon reporting
* Raising sales orders to track freight movements
* Receiving freight sales orders to confirm freight details
* Raising contractor invoices
* General administration duties
Desired Skills and Experience

Essential

* High attention to detail
* Intermediate computer skills
* Ability to work under timeline pressures
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role of data entry / freight checking

Desirable

* Certificate in Business Administrator or Transport & Logistics is desirable
* Experience using SAP
* Experience in freight scanning
