About the Role
Devoted to offering spa guests a holistic wellness experience, The Ritz-Carlton Spa uses its waterfront setting to encourage relaxation and reflection in Perth. Four idyllic treatment rooms, including a couple's spa suite, and secluded wellness lounges inclusive of heated vitality pools & saunas, are where nature meets beauty with crafted luxury day spa rituals.
The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Perth in Australia works collaboratively with national and international skincare brands LaGaia Unedited and Biologique Recherche on its bespoke spa treatments and retail collections for both hotel guests and guests local to Perth.
As creating memorable and extraordinary luxury experiences is at the heart of everything we do, we are looking for a passionate, talented, and experienced Spa Therapist to join our dedicated team of Spa professionals.
Duties
* Perform a variety of luxury spa treatments including; massage therapy, facial treatments, body scrub/wrap experiences, manicures & pedicures
* High level of customer care
* Thorough understanding of spa menu to perform all treatments to highest standards and ability to offer guests different treatments and homecare to suit their goals
* Ability to reach weekly and monthly retail targets to obtain incentives as set by Spa Manager
Skills & Experience
* Diploma or Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy
* Minimum 1 years industry experience
* Excellent time management skills
* Desire to work in a team as well as autonomously
* Experience with Biologique Recherche or LaGaia Unedited (desirable)
* National Police Clearance
