About the Role:
As a
BOH Restaurant Supervisor
, you'll play a key role in running the daily operations of our Wilsonton restaurant. You'll be at the heart of it all—leading a team, ensuring smooth service, and upholding the standard of excellence Burger Urge is known for.
Your tasks will include:
Overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
Leading and mentoring a team of rockstar staff
Managing schedules, inventory, and stock levels
Ensuring that food and beverages are prepared and served to perfection
Handling customer feedback and ensuring high satisfaction
Supporting marketing and promotional efforts to keep the BU brand strong

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience
in a supervisory role within hospitality or restaurants
Excellent
leadership
and
communication skills
Ability to stay
calm and efficient
in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of
food safety
and hygiene standards
A
customer-focused mindset,
we want someone who's passionate about great service
Mandatory Requirements:
Valid
Food Safety Certificate
Valid
working rights
for Australia (or visa/passport documentation if international)
Must obtain an
RSA Certificate
within 30 days of starting
