At TechnologyOne, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As we continue to grow globally, we're looking for a Senior Remuneration and Achievement Specialist to help shape and deliver the programs that reward, recognise and enable our people to do their best work.
In this key role, you'll support the delivery of end-to-end remuneration, achievement and benefits activities across TechnologyOne. Working closely with the Group Director, Workforce Strategy, Reward and Operations, the Senior Remuneration and Talent Specialist, and the broader People & Culture team, you'll help ensure our remuneration and achievement processes are aligned to business strategy, market trends and the needs of our global workforce.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded reward professional who enjoys working with data, partnering with stakeholders, improving processes, and driving initiatives that make a meaningful impact across the business.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the development and management of TechnologyOne's remuneration strategy.
* Driving and managing remuneration budgets, the Short Term Incentive process and supporting the annual fixed remuneration review process.
* Owning international market analysis, benefits planning, and providing remuneration and benefits advice to P&C and leaders across the business.
* Developing and managing company benefit offerings, ensuring they remain aligned to workforce needs, market trends and business priorities.
* Owning and managing the Achievement Planning and Achievement Review process globally to support the delivery of our business strategy.
* Staying across compliance requirements, methodologies and best practice to provide expert advice and ensure alignment to standards.
* Providing guidance and practical solutions to Business Partnering and Recruitment teams on remuneration, achievement and reward matters.
* Analysing current P&C processes and recommending improvements to drive efficiency, optimisation and future-ready ways of working.
* Continually challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities to improve remuneration, achievement and benefits practices.
* Ensuring systems, processes and costs are regularly reviewed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Maintaining compliance with TechnologyOne policies, procedures, and work health and safety requirements.
Qualifications
* Relevant Human Resources, Business or related degree.
* Proven experience working in a remuneration, achievement, reward or benefits function.
* Strong experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions within complex organisations.
* Advanced analytical skills, with strong capability across database and spreadsheet tools, including Microsoft Excel and Access.
* Commercial acumen, with the ability to assess processes, priorities, costs and resource allocation to support business outcomes.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, logical and concise recommendations for different audiences.
* Ability to provide high-quality advice, review documentation and influence stakeholders through well-constructed insights and recommendations.
* Strong continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge existing ways of working and identify practical improvements.
* Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to change and contribute to high-quality outcomes across the team.
