LIQUOR STORE MANAGER – BURNIE / Beautiful Northern Tasmania
Full-Time | 45 + hrs/week – floating monthly roster
$88,000 to $110,000 (Dependent upon experience in a like for like role)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and experienced BURNIE
Store Manager
to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.
What You'll Do:
Oversee all store operations, including staffing, inventory management, merchandising, and sales. The buck stops with you.
Hire, train, and manage a team of retail associates.
Monitor sales and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Ensure compliance with state and local liquor laws and store policies.
Deliver top-notch customer service and resolve any issues professionally.
Manage budgeting, ordering, and vendor relationships.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of retail management experience (liquor store or related industry preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven track record in inventory control, stock accuracy, and vendor management.
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
