We are currently looking for two female Disability Support Worker to join a compassionate and dedicated team supporting a vibrant young woman on the Sunshine Coast (Sippy Downs/Buderim area). She is a joyful, energetic individual who lives at home and is focused on developing her independence, building community connections, and living a healthy lifestyle.
About the Role
This role involves providing support with:
- Community access and social participation
- Personal care and daily living tasks
- Developing meaningful connections
- Light domestic duties
You will be part of a supportive team delivering 24/7 care. The position is casual, with above award wages starting at $39/hr. Full training and buddy shifts are provided before regular shifts commence.

Regular Shifts (Once Training is Complete):
1st Role
- Monday: 2:00pm - 9:00pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am - 2:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am - 1:30pm
2nd Role
- Monday: 7:00am - 2:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
- Saturday: 7:00am - 2:00pm
Additional shifts will be required during training and for buddy shifts. Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and sleepovers as required.
Pay Rates:
- Monday to Friday - $39 per hour
- Saturdays - $51
- Sundays - $65
Essential Requirements:
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid driver’s licence
