Join a collaborative team of trainers who will provide a great support network whilst working independently to inspire and grow our students.We are seeking Trainers and Assessors to deliver:Civil Construction - Plant OperationCivil Construction - PipelayingCivil Construction - Road Construction and MaintenanceKey Accountabilities / ResponsibilitiesDeliver training and assessment in the Certificate II & III qualifications in the relevant trade to Students both on and off site.Develop effective working relationships with Apprentices and Employers whilst mentoring and training in the workplace.Contribute to the continuous improvement of RTO programs.Monitor Student training plans and ensure timely progression of our Students through the qualifications.Independently plan worksite visits and onsite training with Apprentices.Maintain a high level of compliance.What you will bringRTO training experience and Trade qualification/s in a relevant industry.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.Ability to engage, inspire and support Apprentices throughout their learning.Excellent written and verbal communication.Reasonable level of computer skills.Successful applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.A current Working with Children Blue Card and National Police Check is required and can be arranged for the suitable candidate.If you are interested in this great opportunity, please click the 'Apply Now' button and submit a copy of your resume and cover letter demonstrating how you meet the skills and attributes above.
