About This Role

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as an Administrative Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and preparing reports
* Manage front desk reception duties, including greeting patients and visitors, handling phone calls and responding to emails
* Process admissions, manage patient records and maintain accurate data entry
* Liaise with healthcare professionals, insurance providers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth patient care and billing processes
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion


Requirements

* Degree in Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
