Are you organised, proactive, and looking for a flexible role that fits around school hours? Serrata Joinery is seeking a reliable Administration Assistant to join our small and supportive team, starting with Thursdays initially, to help us stay on top of key admin tasks – especially timesheets

What You'll Be Doing:
* Welcome visitors and suppliers
* Manage incoming/outgoing calls and general enquiries
* Monitor and reorder essential office and site supplies
* Manage shared inboxes, forward tasks, and follow up on pending items
* Track client enquiries and project updates
* Maintain job files and compliance documents
* Collect and submit weekly timesheets for payroll processing
* Enter invoices and expenses
* Assist with reconciliations and account updates
* General data entry and admin support
What We're Looking For:
* Someone reliable, proactive, and highly organised
* Confident with basic admin tasks, emails, and phone communication
* Familiarity with Xero or Prime is a bonus (but we can show you the ropes)
* Friendly, approachable, and happy to work independently
