**About the Role**
- Permanent, Full Time or Part Time
- Hybrid Role, Flexible Hours
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary contact for fieldwork placements, coordinating student support and evaluating activities
- Conduct site visits & evaluations - regularly check in with social work students and field supervisors.
- Manage placement records, assess student performance, identify and address any placement issues promptly.
- Ensure educational & ethical standards - Help integrate social work theory with practice, ensures compliance with ethical guidelines, and facilitates reflective learning through supervision and feedback.
**About You**
- Hold a Bachelors, Masters or higher qualification in Social Work (AQF 7 or above)
- Eligibility for enrolment with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- 5 years of post graduate experience in social work roles.
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently under mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to travel to agencies on occasion as required.
- Current Working With Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
