About The Role
A well-known and established builder with a reputation for building quality homes is currently experiencing growth across the ACT & NSW. They are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Consultant to join their team, based out of their ACT Display Suite & Office. This is a Monday to Friday role, with every 2nd Saturday as a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Identifying customers' needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build or extend onto their dream home
- Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for a KDR project
- Generating and following up leads to convert to sales
- Developing and maintaining solid relationships with customers
- Developing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents
- Consistent market research providing an understanding of housing industry
About You
You will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment whilst providing an authentic client experience. You will also possess:
- A strong track record in new home sales, experience is a MUST
- Thorough understanding of current residential market trends
- Sound knowledge of KDR and building secondary dwellings / granny flats
- Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
- Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans
- Ability to build great relationships
- Good knowledge of IT systems and processes
- Ability to work weekends
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of around $90k + super, as well as being rewarded with a generous commission structure.
