Digital Learning Lead
We are seeking a skilled professional to support the implementation of key learning technologies in a higher education setting.
* This position requires postgraduate qualifications or progress towards, and extensive relevant management expertise, OR an equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training;
* The successful applicant will have experience designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating programs and resources that inspire adult learners through technology-enhanced and online learning;
* Ability to design and deliver professional learning programs in generative artificial intelligence for academic staff to enhance the learning experience and digital productivity;
* Demonstrated record of success in developing and implementing strategies in a large organisational context as well as strong presentation and facilitation skills with proven ability to collaborate with and influence different levels of academic and professional staff; and
* Experience managing projects from identification to resolution of issues and achieving desired outcomes.
The Centre for Learning and Teaching contributes to strategic teaching and learning across the University through collaborative partnerships. CLT provisions professional learning for all teaching roles in the University to promote evidence-based practice. Additionally, CLT leads the implementation of learning technologies, delivery of learning support programs for students, and active support of Schools to deliver best practice curriculum design and assessment.
