Work in partnership with families, encouraging their involvement in the kindergarten community. Engage in professional development to enhance knowledge and skills. Assist in centre administration requirements and maintain hygiene standards. Monitor and evaluate the kindergarten environment for safety and well-being. Support individual progress and development, providing information and support to parents. Understanding of NQF, National Law, Regulations, and Quality Standards. Management skills to prioritise, plan, and organise work efficiently. Interpersonal skills to foster positive communication with team members and the community. Qualifications and Experience: Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services with relevant experience. Knowledge of legislative requirements, developmental frameworks, and NQF. Demonstrated ability to implement high-quality early years educational programs. Working with Children's Check and current ACECQA approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management Certificates. Current Driver's License (desirable). Police check with 6 months. Key Selection Criteria: Diploma or Certificate III in Children's Services. Should be qualified and hold a certificate.
