What Will You Do?
* Be a hands‑on leader, clearing tables, serving drinks and jumping behind the bar to show your team how it's done.
* Mentor your venue teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Cultivate a fun‑first culture.
* Support the Venue Management team in ensuring your venue's Front of House teams succeed, balancing financial focus with operational excellence.
* Manage labour costs and COGS to maximise the Front of House department's profitability.
* Champion excellence in the amusement department, running the Redemption Store, maintaining maintenance, cleaning and encouraging customers to get involved in the fun.
* Encourage up‑selling and ensure marketing promotions are managed to maximise profitability.
* Run excellent events and functions, giving our clients the best in‑venue experience possible.
* Act as a loud and proud brand ambassador, ensuring our venues look their best, the atmosphere is set, and our guests keep coming back.
What Will You Bring?
* Infectious enthusiasm and positivity.
* Proven experience in hospitality leadership.
* An understanding of venue financials.
* A can‑do attitude and hands‑on approach.
* Valid RSA and Approved Manager's card.
* Previous experience in an arcade or bowling sphere is a big plus.
