We're offering the opportunity to join our team as a Vehicle Sales Cadet — entry-level positions designed to fast-track your development into a high-performing Sales Professional within our multi-franchise dealership group.

About the Role
As a Sales Cadet, you'll learn every aspect of the new car sales process while working alongside experienced industry professionals.
From customer engagement and product features and presentation, to finance options and vehicle delivery, you'll gain the skills, confidence, and product knowledge needed to succeed in one of the most rewarding (and lucrative!) careers in the automotive industry.
What You'll Learn
Building customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Understanding buyer needs and matching them to the right vehicle.
Negotiating and closing deals with professionalism and confidence.
Working collaboratively with finance, service, and delivery teams.
Mastering product knowledge, potentially across multiple brands.
We're looking for people with energy, enthusiasm, and the drive to succeed - andwe'll teach you the rest. You don't need previous sales experience, just the right attitude to listen, observe, learn and succeed.
