Our client operates a highly successful franchise real estate agency located in the South West area. Based in a modern office, they boast state of the art training systems and technologies along with incredible staff tenure.
An exciting opportunity has now become available for an experienced Leasing Consultant or Property Management Assistant to join this phenomenal team and be trained up to manage a portfolio, working in a POD structure.
You will have full support from a well-resourced property management department that offer dedicated admin and accounts support.
The Position
In the role of Assistant Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Property Management team in managing a portfolio of 250 properties, working in a POD structure
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections
- Coordinate and attend open for inspections and manage the leasing process
- Liaise with landlords and tenants and nurture relationships
- Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
- Coordinate rent reviews and lease renewals
The Person
- Previous experience in property management (12 months minimum)
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Knowledge of PropertyTree software an advantage
- Exceptional communication skills and impeccable personal presentation
- Top notch conflict resolution and problem solving ability
- Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
