Event Coordinator
About this role:
We are seeking an experienced and efficient event coordinator to join our team. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for coordinating the booking process for conference and training rooms, including initial client enquiry, quotation, catering, and booking confirmation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is able to multitask with ease. You will be the key liaison between clients and our venue team, ensuring that all events run smoothly and efficiently.
* Coordinate the scheduling of events following established procedures to demonstrate efficient usage of resources.
* Lead weekly venue hire meetings with other teams to ensure rooms, equipment, and support meet clients' requests.
* Respond to general enquiries regarding the use of training and conference rooms within designated timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support event organisers with setup, technical, and equipment requirements and respond to client needs on the day.
* Coordinate the booking process for conference and training rooms, including initial client enquiry, quotation, catering, and booking confirmation.
