**Property Development & Construction | Department: Finance**

Are you a finance professional with a passion for property development and construction? Do you thrive on financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and cost control? If so, we want you on our team!

**YOUR ROLE**:
Reporting to the Financial Controller / CFO, you'll collaborate with development and commercial teams to optimize project viability. Your responsibilities will include:

- Feasibility Analysis & Financial Modelling - Crunch the numbers, assess risks, and deliver actionable insights.
- Cost Management & Budget Oversight - Track budgets, control costs, and maximize efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Board Reporting - Present financial insights to senior leaders.
- Project Oversight & Cost Control - Ensure financial alignment across all project stages.
- Industry & Market Analysis - Stay ahead of market trends and development opportunities.
- Risk Management & Compliance - Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:
Education & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, Property Development, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Finance, Property Development, MBA, or Construction Law (preferred, not essential).

**Experience & Skills**:

- 5+ years in property development, finance, or commercial feasibility.
- Proven expertise in financial modelling, cost planning, and feasibility studies.
- Experience working with developers or construction firms.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Estate Master, Argus, or similar software. I know that they use these when doing feasibility, not sure if we have them or will have them
- Solid knowledge of development approvals, planning laws, and property markets.

**Soft Skill**
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial insight.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
