Working alongside another ECT and a Co‐Educator, your role involves collaborating with families, assessing children's development, and fostering a supportive team atmosphere.
* Plan and deliver engaging, play‐based learning experiences for small groups of children
* Work closely with the ECT and Co‐Educator to create a warm and inclusive environment
* Observe, document, and support each child's growth and development
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and the team
* Maintain a safe and happy learning space that encourages curiosity and confidence
