About the role
Looking for an experienced Revegetation Landscaper to join the Evolve Environmental Solutions' team in Logan Central, Queensland. This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As a Revegetation Landscaper, you will play a key part in our efforts to restore and maintain natural environments across the region.
What you'll be doing
1. Carrying out site preparation, including soil preparation, weed control and installation of erosion control measures
2. Planting and maintaining native trees, shrubs and groundcovers to support revegetation projects
3. Monitoring and maintaining planted areas, including watering, mulching, pruning and replanting as needed
4. Ensuring work is completed to a high standard, adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations
5. Collaborating with the broader team to deliver on revegetation targets and project timelines
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Revegetation Landscaper or similar role, with a strong understanding of native plants and revegetation techniques
* Sound knowledge of local flora and fauna, and an appreciation for the importance of environmental restoration
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations
* Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
* A current driver's licence and your own reliable transport
