About the Role
We are seeking a HR Business Partner to support our operations across NSW and QLD, based in Corindi, NSW.
As part of a dedicated and collaborative national HR team, you will report to the National HR Manager and have a strong focus on regional partnership and proactive people strategies.
* Providing day-to-day HR support across the full employee journey to leaders and aligning people practices with our broader HR strategy
* Advising on employment legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, and internal policies
* Leading early intervention and coaching in ER/IR matters to ensure fair and timely outcomes
* Driving best practice recruitment and workforce planning
* Supporting enterprise agreement negotiations and compliance embedding
* Supporting succession planning and developing learning programs to address talent gaps
* Leading audit readiness and championing HR systems/process adoption
* Embedding group policies and supporting continuous HR process improvements across the regions
About You
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
* At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a geographically dispersed or operational business
* Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and ER/IR best practices
* High level interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
* A proactive, values led approach and a strong sense of accountability
* Strategic agility to align HR actions with business outcomes
* Confidence in HRIS platforms and data dashboards
* Experience with DISC or other behavioural tools would be an advantage
* Experience in EA negotiation or external audits is beneficial but not essential
* Flexibility to travel domestically on occasion
