Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and support our reception team
Coordinate daily reception operations to ensure smooth client flow
Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
Manage bookings, payments, and client communications efficiently
Collaborate closely with vets, nurses and management to ensure a seamless experience for clients and patients
Qualifications
Previous experience in a veterinary reception, medical, or customer-facing leadership role
Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
A friendly, professional and compassionate manner
Confidence handling busy periods and managing competing priorities
A genuine love for animals and a passion for providing great client care
