For the past 3 decades, the Western Australian Birds of Prey Centre and Critters up Close have been proving mobile wildlife education for people on a global scale. Our team has educated and mentored over 27 million people on wildlife conservation and animal welfare and developed an internationally recognised brand.

As leaders in our field in mobile education we will travel across WA with our team of Wildlife for a wildly edcuational experience.

Qualifications & experience

Qualifications & experience Dedicated, passionate, positive and can get the job done. Great communication and organisational skills. Able to work in a team and also able to follow directions in a dynamic environment.

Knowledge in the areas of

- Microsoft Office
- Google Suite
- Aquity Scheduling
- Xero, - Must have knowledge in the backend.
- Knowledge on Wordpress and Shopify - Woo Commerce
- Knowledge on CRM/'s, social media and marketing
- Competent in communications including able to use the phone
- Able to work in a team
- Knowledge in sales including cold calling

Tasks & responsibilities

We are looking for someone to fit into our team with the day to day running of the administration. This will include answering phone calls, taking bookings, liaison with the display team, invoicing and following up on clients, administrative paperwork and able to manage the sales and marketing team.

Fulltime position, Monday to Friday. 8.30-4.30pm

You will be working behind the scenes for a company that provides wildlife education and wildlife rehabilitation.
