Role Overview
We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in AWS or Azure to support the design, build and operation of enterprise‑scale cloud environments. This role will be heavily involved in large cloud migration initiatives and ongoing platform operations, with a strong focus on security, networking and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build and operate cloud infrastructure in AWS or Azure across multiple environments
* Support and deliver large‑scale cloud migration projects (on‑prem to cloud and hybrid)
* Implement and maintain cloud security best practices, including identity, network security and monitoring
* Work closely with application, security and network teams to deliver robust cloud solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure and networking issues
Required Experience & Skills
* Minimum 5 years hands‑on cloud experience (AWS or Azure) across design, build and operations
* Strong experience with core cloud services and architectures in your chosen platform
* Broad cloud security knowledge, including identity and access management, encryption and network security
* Networking fundamentals advantageous (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing)
* Proven experience working on large cloud migration programs
Desirable
* Infrastructure as Code experience (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, ARM)
* CI/CD and automation experience
* Relevant cloud certifications (AWS or Azure)
