Hobart Appliance Rentals is a national home appliance and furniture rental company, who strive tomake a positive difference in people's lives.
We are looking for someone who can represent our business in our customer's homes.
We are an Australian owned and operated business, who provides household appliances and electrical goods.
About the role
The role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual, with driving/delivery experience, who can work independently and enjoy the challenges of a fast paced work environment.
The successful candidate needs to be organised, flexible and open minded.
About 25 to 30 hours a week.
Reporting to the Territory Manager and working with the Owner, this role is responsible for administrative paperwork, payment follow-up calls, website maintenance, preparation of agreements, delivering products and, if necessary, arrears visits.
The successful candidate needs to treat our clients with respect and sincerity while communicating with them.
Your day will be varied and diverse, requiring plenty of people interaction and some administration, ensuring our great customers receive great service.
Primary tasks include (list not exhaustive):
Manage daily work volumes within agreed KPI's
Follow up on daily payments and arrears.
If required sit visits.
Adhering to assigned routes and estimated time schedules per day
Advise customers in a timely manner of any changes to product delivery details and/or customer servicing arrangements.
Purchasing product if when required
Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from customers
Collecting specified documentation and uploading it via a tablet
Communicate with other members of the team both in the office and in the field
Build positive relationships with customers
Contribute productively to the team to create a positive work environment
Skills and experience
Strong selling skills with experience working towards KPIs
Debt collection experience or have an aptitude to learn it.
Experience working in a customer focused retail business
The desire and drive to work independently to service customers while managing other work tasks around their needs
Strong attention to detail and computer skills
Strong time management and customer service skills
Open minded and a willingness to learn
The successful candidate will be required to have a Police check
