The Company:
This large national organisation provides facility management services including daily maintenance, cleaning, transport, power supply, grounds, minor works, refurbishments, and so on, for a critical public sector client.
This leading organisation is well-renowned and plays an active role within the Local and Wider AU / NZ communities managing and delivering services to key and iconic facilities.
The Role:
* Responsible for asset management of buildings, infrastructure and equipment for a high-profile contract
* Support Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service delivery and asset management planning - routine / reactive maintenance and lifecycle plans etc.
The Duties:
* Ensure strict compliance and governance
* Planned/preventive maintenance (PPM) planning
* Reviewmaintenance activities regularly
* Undertake asset register reviews
* Asset management reporting
* Close the gap of non-compliant items
* Variation management to include assets, PPM & locations
* Improve asset performance and risk management
* Conduct audit programs for the collection of asset data
The Ideal Profile:
* Must be strong in Asset Management Plans and Life Cycle Planning
* Ideally Trade or Tertiary-qualified in Asset Management, Building, Construction, Engineering or relevant qualification
* Experience working in Facilities Management, Building Services or M&E Maintenance industry supporting commercial clients - Education, Defence, Health, Resorts, Camp or Government premises
* Ideally understand ISO55001
* Have a professional and engaging manner and high level customer service approach
* Strong Microsoft skills in Word and Excel
* Experienced in CMMS
