Our multidisciplinary team of Clinical Psychologists, Registered Psychologists, Psychotherapists, and Mental Health Social Workers are recognised for ethical, client-centred practice and strong clinical governance. The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Registered Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist, or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker to join our growing practice in Picton.
Flexible Work Structure:
* Start from two days per week, with the opportunity to increase as your caseload grows
* Access to consistent referral pathways through GP, insurer, and NDIS networks to support gradual caseload growth

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality psychological assessment and therapy in line with ethical and professional standards
* Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment plans and clinical formulations
* Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation and reports
* Collaborate with internal clinicians and external stakeholders (GPs, insurers, NDIS providers, and case managers)
* Participate in team meetings, and professional development activities
* Where interested, contribute to group programs, workshops, and clinical leadership initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (Registered or Provisional), or AASW registration as a Mental Health Social Worker.
* Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
* Strong clinical skills in assessment, formulation, and evidence-based intervention
* Excellent communication and professional engagement skills
* Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary private practice setting
* ABN/ACN and Professional Indemnity Insurance
* Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
