Role Overview

The company is looking for a dynamic, motivated marketing associate to join their small, close-knit team. This casual position, equivalent to two days per week, offers the flexibility of remote work, with one day per week on site initially as you gain a deep understanding of our business.

As the company charts a new course for growth, it seeks a driven individual to help propel this vision forward. A key focus of the role will be to build a vibrant social media presence leveraging platforms to share captivating imagery and breathtaking videos that bring the magic of ballooning to life for a wider audience. The effectiveness of such visual storytelling cannot be overstated; stunning visuals paired with compelling narratives create irresistible invitations and broaden the company’s reach.

Engagement is equally important. By encouraging guests to share their own in-flight experiences on social media, the company can harness authentic excitement and positive word-of-mouth. Online reviews and feedback—both on social platforms and travel sites—will help build reputation, improve offerings, and attract new customers. The marketing associate will be instrumental in nurturing these digital interactions, ensuring that every flight becomes a memorable and shareable adventure.

This role is pivotal in shaping how the company's experiences are shared, marketed, and remembered by future adventurers. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a flair for storytelling—crafting compelling campaigns that showcase the extraordinary beauty of ballooning over Victoria’s landscapes.
