**Job Description**:
As a Cleaner with Mandurah Canal Stays, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation standards of our Airbnb and short-stay rental properties. Your attention to detail, experience in cleaning, and commitment to quality service will contribute significantly to our company's reputation for excellence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned properties according to company standards and guidelines.
- Clean and sanitize all rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning surfaces.
- Change linens and towels and ensure they are fresh and neatly arranged.
- Restock amenities and supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the management team promptly.
- Maintain open and explicit communication with the management team regarding cleaning schedules, property statuses, and any special instructions or requests from guests or property owners.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in cleaning, preferably in a hospitality or residential setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, with a commitment to completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with the management team and guests.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet cleaning schedules.
- Reliable transportation to travel to assigned properties.
- Flexibility to work variable hours based on property turnover and guest bookings.
- Police Clearance required.
