The Opportunity
We're seeking a permanent part-time Physiotherapist based in Hobart for a role from 0.4-0.6 FTE.
You'll work with clients across various settings, supporting and guiding them to achieve their goals and live their best lives.
We provide services across the following packages and programs:
* Private services: supporting individuals with self-identified needs.
* Rehab in the home program: focusing on post-orthopaedic surgery.
* Hospital in the Home program: supporting clients after hospitalization, including general surgeries.
* Home Care Package clients: supporting those in our community who wish to remain independent at home.
* Residential aged care facilities: develop, implement, and manage group and 1:1 exercise programs.
About You
You are a fully AHPRA registered Physiotherapist, with a minimum of 1 year's experience, ideally within a community setting and comfortable working independently.
You will need to be comfortable travelling to clients located across Hobart and should provide your own vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided for this travel).
