Manage Capital Projects and Enhance Industrial Capacity
This role will lead and manage capital projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

* Ensure compliance with engineering plans, regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
* Oversee the design, development, and implementation of systems, equipment, and processes, driving continuous improvement.
* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to effectively meet project goals.
* Conduct risk assessments, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to address project challenges and mitigate potential issues.
* Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout project execution.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing complex capital projects, ideally in a chemical, manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Expertise in manufacturing facility upgrades, process optimization, and enhancing operational efficiency in industrial settings.
* Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical problem-solving, and project management methodologies.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify and address project risks and challenges.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on safety and compliance.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering is essential, preferably chemical or mechanical.
* Project Management, or a related field and certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or similar) is desirable.
* Must be eligible to obtain Australian Defence Clearances.
