About your new job:
As a Parts Sales Professional, you will play a key role in the end-to-end sales process while providing exceptional customer service. Reporting to the National Parts Manager, this is a full-time position. Key responsibilities include:
1. Identifying and growing sales opportunities to exceed set targets
2. Managing phone, email, and counter sales in a busy environment
3. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
4. Proactively identifying potential growth for both existing and new customers
5. Providing accurate parts interpretation and product knowledge to clients
6. Proposing strategies to improve efficiency and increase sales
7. Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
About you:
You should have:
* Experience in spare parts interpretation (highly regarded but not essential)
* A strong mechanical aptitude as this role requires learning mechanical parts, reading manuals, etc.
* A proactive work ethic with a 'can-do' attitude
* Strong administrative skills and experience with ERP systems (MYOB preferred)
* Excellent communication and time management skills
