Milestones Early Learning Yokine provides high‐quality childcare and kindergarten for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, supporting families across Yokine, Tuart Hill, Dianella, Joondanna and Perth's inner northern suburbs. Located on Swan Street, our long day care centre is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, offering flexible early education and care for local families.
About the Role
* Manage the day‐to‐day operations of the centre in line with company policies, procedures, compliance and financial targets.
* Build strong community connections, partner with families and use marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
* Mentor and support the centre to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.
About You
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA‐approved equivalent qualification.
* Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
* A current Working with Children's Check.
* Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
